You need to builds and maintains business relationships with new and existing customers. You understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions, negotiate with clients to help them move down the sales funnel, record client feedback and maintain a customer database. To recruit good quality prospective sales candidate and ensure that they are completing probation in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
