We are looking for all-round Welder with experience in:MS & SS welding (arc welding, gas cutting, grinding).Fabrication of gates, windows, railings, benches, domes, structures.Ability to read measurements and do accurate cutting/fitting.On-site work at customer locations (schools, colleges, homes, commercial projects).Requirements Minimum 1 - 2 years of fabrication / welding experience Should be disciplined and punctual Able to work independently or in a small team Preference for workers already in Bangalore (no agents/commission)Perks & BenefitsFixed monthly salary (15k - 17k)Overtime payment for extra hoursLong-term stable job with consistent projectsAccommodation support can be discussed if needed
