Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and representing our real estate properties to potential buyers and investors. You will work closely with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential buyers through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, cold calls, and in-person networking.Property Presentations: Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and client meetings to showcase available properties and provide detailed information regarding features, pricing, and benefits.Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate deals, terms, and prices with buyers to close sales effectively and efficiently.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing client needs.Market Research: Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.Documentation & Paperwork: Ensure all necessary documentation for sales transactions is completed accurately and timely, including contracts, agreements, and legal paperwork.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by effectively converting leads into closed deals.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and with the customer support team to ensure smooth post-sale experiences for clients.Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager/Director.
