** Please read through the terms & conditions carefully before applying**Urgent Requirement for Customer Care Executive at our branch office located at #257, First Floor, DLF South Court Mall, Saket.Please note these position is open for FEMALES only.Only candidates who can join us within 7 days should apply.Total 6 days working including Saturday & Sunday. One weekly off will be fixed for the candidate from Tuesday - Thursday.Responsibilities and Duties1. Manage day to day Admin related activities.2. Attending the incoming calls and passing on the required information to the concerned.3. Booking & Confirming the appointments.4. Taking feedback from the clients post the appointments.5. Maintaining a regular database of the clients and keeping in touch with them regularly.6. Ad posting & Market Research.7. Maintaining Travel itineraries of the CEO.8. Coordinating video & tele conferences.9. Generating leads through various mediums.10. Converting the leads arrived from various sources.11. Cold calling is also involved.Required Experience and Qualifications1. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and other Office Tools.2. Well versed with Google search.3. Proficiency in handling EPABX Systems.4. Proficiency in writing emails.5. Extraordinary Typing Speed and Shorthand will be preferred.6. Working Days: 6 days a week inclusive of Saturday & Sunday.
