Job Title: Office Assistant/CoordinatorJob Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office assistant to join our engineering coaching team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure seamless coordination of coaching programs.Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle phone calls- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems- Coordinate coaching schedules, classes, and workshops- Assist with student enrollment, fee collection, and payment processing- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff- Handle email and social media communications- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed- Support faculty and staff with administrative tasks- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipmentRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred- 1-2 years of experience in an office administration role- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks- Friendly and approachable demeanorNice to Have:- Experience in education or coaching institutions- Knowledge of engineering or technical subjects- Familiarity with student management software
