We are looking for dedicated Construction Workers to join our team in Malad East. As a Construction Worker, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining structures. This full-time position requires physical strength, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Material Handling:** Assist in receiving, organizing, and transporting materials on site to ensure that all necessary supplies are available for construction activities.- **Site Preparation:** Help prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and assembling materials, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.- **Construction Tasks:** Participate in various construction tasks, such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, and loading or unloading materials, following instructions from supervisors and experienced workers.- **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines on the site to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of yourself and your teammates.- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other crew members and follow directions from more experienced workers and site supervisors to complete projects effectively and on time.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and ideally possess 0 to 3 years of experience in a construction environment. Physical stamina and strength are necessary, as the job requires lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment is beneficial.
