Keep a track of vehicle maintenance to make sure 100% utilization of the vehicle daily.Handling accidental issues creating of TAD police report for smooth insurance claim and reduce TAT for cars to get back on road.Kms tracking of vehicles to ensure all vehicles are fit and safe to be driven on road.Creating and sharing weekly action plan for fleet and assistant to improve performance and helping them grow.Provide consistent and constructive feedback to team to perform better.Help built new process and ensuring smooth implementation.
