- Make outbound calls to potential customers: Contacting potential customers to introduce our products or services and generate leads.- Answer incoming calls from customers: Responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to customers over the phone.- Maintain a database of leads and customer information: Updating and managing a database of customers, their contact details, and their preferences.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction: Checking in with customers after a purchase or inquiry to ensure they are satisfied with our products or services.- Collaborate with the sales team: Working closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and achieve sales targets.- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers over the phone.- Strong negotiation skills: Ability to persuade customers and negotiate deals effectively.- Customer service-oriented: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.- Familiarity with domestic BPO processes: Understanding of the basic processes and operations of a domestic BPO setup.- Ability to work independently: Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision.
