Job Title: Electrical Site Manager, Safety Manager, and Site EngineerOverview:As a multifaceted professional overseeing electrical operations, safety, and engineering at a construction site, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high safety standards. You will be responsible for managing electrical installations, enforcing safety protocols, and providing engineering expertise to optimize project outcomes.**Responsibilities:**1. **Electrical Site Management:**- Coordinate and oversee electrical installations, including power distribution, lighting systems, and control panels.- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure electrical work is completed according to specifications and within schedule.- Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality and safety of electrical installations, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.- Maintain accurate records of electrical equipment, materials, and work progress.2. **Safety Management:**- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Conduct safety training sessions for site personnel, emphasizing best practices and hazard awareness.- Perform regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure proper safety measures are in place.- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.- Maintain documentation of safety-related activities, including incident reports, safety meeting minutes, and training records.3. **Site Engineering:**- Provide engineering expertise and technical support for electrical systems and equipment.- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards.
