We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT and software development roles.Help maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and offer letters.Support payroll processing and leave management tracking.Conduct market research on HR best practices and industry trends.Address employee queries and provide administrative support in HR functions.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate discipline with a strong motivation to build a career in the HR field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Interest in IT recruitment and HR technology tools.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.BenefitsStipend up to 3,000-7,000 per month.Telephone bill reimbursement up to 500 per month.Hands-on experience in HR operations within the IT industry.Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.Certificate of completion and potential full-time opportunities.Exposure to modern HR tools and recruitment strategies.
