We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy RMC Plant Head for Ready Mix Concrete Plant at Vadodara to help us build up our business activities. Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ensure Production planning and monitoring of entire production operations of ready mix concrete plant. Proper communicate with Plant operators, Technician and Pump Incharge to ensure equipment are properly maintained. Maintain raw material and inventory as per production plan. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsCollaborate with team members to achieve better cost saving in daily production.
