his Electrical Engineer role will be primarily site based, with opportunities to progress to site based design and engineering activities should the successful candidate display an aptitude and desire to do so. The BMS engineer will work as project lead delivering exciting projects to national and multinational clients. It requires diligence, attention to detail, good communication skills, strong fire alarm, HVAC, electrical and instrumentation knowledge, and the ability to work as part of a team.Engineering of BMS SystemsCommissioning of BMS Systems Actuator , VFD , DPS, Panel termination, PLC prgramming, communication skills, estimation experience, planning , maintaining good relationship with customer employee, business acumenExperiencePerforming job start up, checkout, and troubleshooting for systems and service installed jobsProviding guidance to the team at the assigned level of responsibilityPerforming all tasks under the supervision of the Contracts Manager/Projects Business Manager or other assigned senior engineerProviding full financial statistics on all projects assigned to youUnderstanding and be aware of contract conditions and requirementsPlanning, coordinating and supervising all project labour requirementsObtaining customer written approvalMust have experience on fire alarm system design and executionEnsuring files are maintained in accordance with the Quality procedures and ensure that any corrective action required is implementedLiaising effectively with the project manager to ensure timely and effective execution of installation activitiesObtaining, generate and agree programme of worksMonitoring and record project progress and deliveries in accordance with the project programmePreparing content and quality of the required descriptions, drawings and schedulesEnsuring all project hardware is correctly implemented and installed as specified or required
