Job Title: STEM FacilitatorLocation: Yadgir, Karnataka / Gauribidanur, Karnataka________________________________________About the RoleThe STEM Facilitator will be responsible for delivering engaging and hands-on learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) to students in schools and learning centers. The role involves facilitating sessions, managing STEM lab equipment, guiding students through experiments and projects, and creating an inspiring learning environment.The facilitator will also help students develop essential 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy through exposure to emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Coding, and Design Thinking.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Conduct interactive STEM sessions for school students as per the iSpark curriculum and schedule. Demonstrate experiments, activities, and projects in science, robotics, and related domains. Encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and creativity among students through experiential learning. Introduce students to 21st-century learning concepts such as AI, coding, and robotics. Set up, operate, and maintain STEM lab materials, kits, and equipment. Ensure safety and proper usage of all lab materials and tools during sessions. Assess and document student participation, learning outcomes, and feedback. Coordinate with school teachers and the iSpark Academic team for smooth session execution. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and curriculum updates conducted by iSpark. Maintain discipline and uphold the organizations code of conduct in partner schools. Support events, competitions, and exhibitions showcasing student projects.________________________________________Skills & Competencies Passion for teaching and mentoring children. Strong understanding of basic science and technology concepts. Hands-on skills in robotics, coding, electronics, or tinkering activities (preferred). Good communication and classroom management skills. Ability to adapt teaching style to different age groups. Knowledge of AI fundamentals or an eagerness to learn and teach emerging technologies. Problem-solving mindset and curiosity-driven approach.________________________________________Qualification & Experience Bachelors degree in Science / Engineering / Education or related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of teaching/training experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in STEM education, robotics, coding, or AI-based learning is an added advantage.
