Key Responsibilities-Build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter for Android & iOS.-Design scalable, maintainable Flutter codebases.-Implement advanced state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).-Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend teams.-Integrate APIs and third-party services (REST/GraphQL).-Optimize app performance and memory usage.-Ensure code quality through reviews and testing.-Mentor junior developers.-Handle app deployment to Play Store and App Store.--Participate in Agile/Scrum processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Experience in RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture. Good understanding of front-end technologies including React.js , Next.js , HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with version control systems like Git. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have (Preferred): Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Redux. Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Previous experience in leading a small development team.
