Space Planning: Design efficient layouts that maximize functionality and traffic flow.Technical Drafting: Create accurate 2D layouts and 3D renderings using AutoCAD or Revit.Material Sourcing: Select textiles, lighting, furniture, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.Concept Development: Pitch design strategies using digital mood boards and sketches.Code Compliance: Verify that all designs meet local building, health, and accessibility codes.Project Oversight: Supervise onsite contractors, electricians, and painters during installation.Budget Tracking: Manage vendor procurement and track expenses to maintain project profitability.

This is a full-time on-site role based in surat for Architect. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing and developing architectural and construction drawings, creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success. Additional responsibilities include preparing submittals, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
