We are looking for an Export Executive to manage and oversee our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling export inquiries, coordinating shipments.Responsibilities:Prepare and manage all export related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documentsCoordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure timely processing and shipment of orders.Maintain accurate records of shipments documentation and customs clearance processes.Handle export inquiries and coordinate with customers and agents.Monitor export shipments and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and potential business partners.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and explore avenues for business expansion.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade or a related field,Proven experience as an Export documentation or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.1 to 4 years experience required in relevant field.Fluency in English is must.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.If you have a passion for international business. we invite you to join our team and be a part of our exciting journey in the global pharmaceutical market.
