We are seeking an experienced Draughtsman with a specialization in drafting Retaining Wall (RE Wall) elevation drawings.*- Proven experience as a Draughtsman, with a specialization in Retaining Wall elevation drawings.- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, with a strong understanding of drafting principles.- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.*Responsibilities:*1. *RE Wall Elevation Drawing:*- Create detailed and precise elevation drawings for Retaining Walls (RE Walls) based on project requirements and engineering specifications.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design intent and project goals.2. *Technical Proficiency:*- Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to generate accurate and comprehensive elevation drawings.- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to retaining wall design and drafting.3. *Quality Control:*- Conduct thorough reviews of drafted drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.- Make revisions and adjustments as needed based on feedback from project stakeholders.4. *Coordination:*- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction professionals, to coordinate design elements and resolve any discrepancies.5. *Experience:*- Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Draughtsman, with a specific focus on drafting Retaining Wall elevation drawings.6. *Documentation:*- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of design decisions, changes, and approvals throughout the drafting process.7. *Communication:*- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address queries, provide clarifications, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
