Project handling
Must have traits like time management, positive attitude, self motivated, passion for training, proactive, self driven, perfect dressing sense (Formals), Impressive behaviour with clients etc.
Coordinating with clients
Excel understanding
Preparing weekly work reports
Interacting with existing and prospective client
Conducting sales call and closing the leads
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
