We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Female Massage Therapist to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities Provide professional therapies for: Post-workout muscle relaxation Body pain & back pain relief Neck, shoulder & joint pain treatment Sports recovery & stress relief Understand client fitness routines and customize therapy plans Educate clients about wellness services and packages Perform upselling and cross-selling of therapy sessions and memberships Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction Maintain treatment records and feedback Build long-term client relationshipsRequired Skills & Qualifications Female candidates only Certified/Trained Massage Therapist preferred Experience in spa/wellness/sports recovery is an advantage Knowledge of muscle anatomy and recovery techniques Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic sales and service promotion skills Professional, punctual, and presentable Willing to work full-time shiftsSalary & Benefits Attractive Fixed Salary + Incentives Commission on Upselling & Cross-Selling Training & Skill Development Friendly & Professional Work Environment Career Growth Opportunities
