We are actively seeking an experienced or entry-level Telecaller Recruiter to join our team and managethe hiring process for our client's projects. The primary focus of this role is to identify potentialpromoters and establish connections through telephone conversations. The Telecaller Recruiter playsa vital role in candidate sourcing, conveying job opportunities, and maintaining a comprehensivecandidate database.Key Responsibilities/Duties:Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidatesthrough various channels, including jobportals, social media, and professional networks. Reach out to candidates in the existing database andexplore new avenues for talent acquisition.Explaining Job Opportunities: Provide detailed and compelling information about job openings,including responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, and other pertinent details. Effectively communicatethe value proposition of the position and the client company.Maintaining Candidate Database: Keep detailed records of candidate information, includingcontact details, qualifications, experience, and feedback from interviews. Build and maintain a talentpool for future reference and proactive recruitment.Meeting Targets: Work towardsspecific targetsfor the number of calls made, interviews conducted,and successful placements. Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and contribute to theoverall success of the recruitment process.Other Requirements: Proficient communication skills are mandatory. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
