Key Responsibilities:Event Management:Plan, organize, and execute industry-leading events, conferences, webinars, and seminars targeted at BFSI professionals, executives, and stakeholders.Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, staffing, and technology setup, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.Work with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to deliver successful events that meet client and business objectives.Develop event themes, agendas, and content that resonate with the target audience in the BFSI sector.Manage all aspects of event marketing, from invitation design to post-event follow-up and feedback collection.Maintain and ensure adherence to event budgets, timelines, and quality standards.Oversee event registration and ensure a seamless attendee experience.Sponsorship Sales:Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorships for events, ensuring the sponsorship offerings meet client expectations and align with their business goals.Develop sponsorship packages and opportunities that appeal to BFSI brands and partners.Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders in the BFSI industry.Work closely with the marketing team to leverage digital platforms, media, and content to boost sponsorship visibility.Negotiate sponsorship contracts and ensure contractual obligations are met by both parties.Track sponsorship performance metrics, report results to clients, and recommend improvements for future events.Client and Stakeholder Relationship Management:-- Thanks & Regards,Sheetal RewadiyaConsultant - Talent ScoutIntileo TechnologiesMobile: 9540218981Escallation :- Diwakar@7784977527
