We are looking for an Executive Assistant with a minimum of two to three years of experience to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our companys CEO.The Executive Assistants responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO.Responsibilities Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage executives calendars and set up meetings Make travel and accommodation arrangements Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports Oversee the performance of other staff members Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes during meetings Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Organize and maintain the office filing systemRequirements and skills Two to three years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and printing machines) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Uphold a strict level of Discretion and confidentiality Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills

Job descriptionEngineers are responsible for the facilitation of 6 to 17 year aged children in a variety of electronics circuits and activities in schools. Engineers work as a team and are provided with curricula, supplies and adequate training.Applicants must be female freshers with a Bachelors degree in Electronics with good communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge and understanding of components and troubleshooting in a hands-on practical session, flexibility to adjust activities/training session to include participants of different ages; a thorough knowledge of Electronics; a passion for teaching/facilitation; communication skills to conduct facilitating sessions in a clear and concise manner is required and liking towards interacting with learners in the age group of 6-17 years.Job Types: Full-time, FresherSchedule:Day shift
