We are looking for Engineers who are responsible for facilitating 6 to 17-year aged children in various electronic circuits and activities in schools.Engineers work as a team and are provided with curricula, supplies, and adequate training.Applicants must be female with a Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electronics with good communication and collaboration skills. ResponsibilitiesAct as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partnersManage information flow in a timely and accurate mannerManage executives calendars and set up meetingsMake travel and accommodation arrangementsRack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reportsOversee the performance of other staff membersAct as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventoryFormat information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reportsTake minutes during meetingsScreen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceOrganize and maintain the office filing system

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and should be able to work comfortably with numbers.Has to have a strong attention to detailHas to post and process all journal entries so that all business transactions are recordedHas to prepare, examine, and analyze accounting recordsHas to manage financial statements/accounts receivable/accounts payable/invoice processing/petty cash/cash management/cash book/cash budget.Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelinesUpdate financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when neededPrepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
