Join the friendly admissions team at INSD.Counsellor Qualifications:Should be a graduate in any discipline preferably a design graduate with pleasing personality and have good communication & presentation skills.Must have a strong command over English, Hindi/Local languagesKnowledge of different competitors and their products and services along with fee and discount schemes. Candidates having at least two (2)-year experience in a similar profile would be preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire thorough knowledge and understanding of available courses, admission policies and other rules and regulations of the company Handle enquiries, reception duties and attend to phone calls.Shall maintain records of the enquiry generation, conversion rates etc. in specified formats and report to appropriate authority as and when requiredDistribute admission forms/ information brochures.Coordinate with the center manager and the admission section.Coordinate in fee deposition/ refund process.Shall make a close rapport with the principals/ students of prestigious/ good schools to organize career counselling seminars/ sample classes etc.Shall arrange seminars at the center/ other suitable places, for career guidance to the students in coordination with the center manager and the admission coordinator. Shall create a students database in order to interact with them through periodic mailers and updated information of various courses. Shall carry out any other task as may be assigned to him/her from time to time.
