We are looking for an Interior Supervisor to join our team in Akkarai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior design projects and ensuring all work aligns with our standards and client needs.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Project Management**: Coordinate and supervise all interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.- **Team Supervision**: Oversee and guide the interior design team, providing direction and support to foster a productive working environment.- **Client Interaction**: Communicate regularly with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process.- **Quality Control**: Implement quality checks at various stages of the project to guarantee high standards of work and adherence to design specifications.- **Resource Management**: Manage materials and resources efficiently, ensuring that the right supplies are available when needed, while minimizing waste.- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and techniques to offer innovative solutions to clients.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a B.Ed degree and relevant experience ranging from 1 to 7 years in interior supervision or design. Strong leadership skills are essential for managing teams effectively. A good eye for detail and design, along with excellent communication skills, will ensure effective collaboration with clients and team members. The ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously is also required. The position is full-time and requires working from the office.

Timings: 10:00am to 6:30pm (Ready to Work after 6:30pm also).We are preferably Looking Near By Locations.
