We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Badarpur. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and have completed at least the 12th grade. This full-time position requires a presence in the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Generate Leads:** Actively seek out new sales leads through networking, referrals, and other sources to expand the customer base.- **Meet Sales Targets:** Set and achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to overall company goals.- **Maintain Customer Relationships:** Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and maintain customer satisfaction.- **Understand Products:** Gain comprehensive knowledge about the companys products and services to effectively explain their benefits to customers.- **Prepare Sales Reports:** Document and analyze sales activities and trends to provide insights to the management team.- **Assist in Marketing Initiatives:** Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that enhance product visibility and attract potential customers.Required skills and expectations include having strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients; good negotiation abilities to close sales deals; and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, are essential. Candidates should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing situations are also important for success in this role.
