Responsibilities:- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Handle Customer's Inbound and Outbound Calls.Requirements:- Married Female. Proven experience as a telesales representative in technical Sales Graduation or post graduation Excellent knowledge of the English language Basic knowledge of computer programs like
