We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced medical coder to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately coding medical diagnoses, procedures, and services, ensuring compliance with current coding guidelines and regulationsResponsibilities:Accurately assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes to medical records. Review and analyze medical documentation for accuracy and completeness. Adhere to coding guidelines, regulations, and compliance standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of coding and billing policies. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate documentation. Qualifications:Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) preferred. Experience in medical coding in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of coding systems, regulations, and compliance standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Proficiency in using coding software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
