The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales or customer support, preferably in the finance or insurance domain.Make outbound calls to potential customers (cold/warm leads) to promote insurance software.Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.Understand customer needs and provide relevant information and demo scheduling.Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
