About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Intern to join our team. Our mission is to provide a world-class daily training environment for our athletes where they have access to world-class coaching, sports science services, and training facilities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Female Warden at the Inspire Institute of Sport located in Bellary. The Female Warden is responsible for managing and supervising the girl's hostel to ensure a disciplined and secure environment. The Female Warden will train and supervise the staff, maintain discipline among the athletes, and report to the senior management team.QualificationsExperience in hostel management or a similar fieldStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage a team of staffExperience working in a sports institute or with athletes is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Social Sciences, or a related fieldFamiliarity with local laws, regulations, and cultural normsDedication to creating a disciplined and secure environment while also promoting a positive and inclusive community
