Key Responsibilities:Communication with Students: Act as a friendly and approachable liaison between INPInfotech and students. Answer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns in a helpful and timely manner.Receiving Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals at INPInfotech. Offer courteous and clear communication while maintaining a professional telephone manner.Attending Visitors: Welcome guests and visitors warmly to INPInfotech, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Direct them to their designated destinations and maintain a presentable reception area.Client Records Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of clients at INPInfotech, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar at INPInfotech to optimize efficiency and avoid conflicts.Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to various departments at INPInfotech as needed, including data entry, filing, and coordinating office supplies.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
