We are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee and improve our logistics processes in Panipat, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 7 years of experience and a graduate degree. This full-time position requires a male candidate who will work from the office.As a Logistics Manager, your key responsibilities will include:- Managing Supply Chain: You will coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.- Developing Logistics Strategies: You will design and implement effective logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.- Overseeing Transportation: You will manage transportation operations, including selecting carriers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.- Monitoring Performance Metrics: You will track and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and maintain high service levels.- Collaborating with Vendors and Teams: You will liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes.To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential for coordinating with various stakeholders. Experience in logistics software and tools is a plus.
