Looking for BDM profile with sound knowledge of furniture.

Client / Architect / Interior Design meeting. Understanding the requirement of client and making the plan accordingly. Should be able to handle project independently. Should have knowledge of architectural designs / built environment, plans, layouts, working drawings. Contractor bill verification and payment management Understanding of BOQ , Running Bill and final bill certification ( from client ). Monitoring and controlling projects w.r.t. design, cost, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects; designing implementation of interiors & furnishing designs. Follow-up on day to day compliance and submitting soft copy daily / weekly : GRN, DLR, DPR, Expenditure and conveyance, inventory preparation and PO making Co-ordination with Architect and interfacing with clients for various approvals. Site and manpower co-ordination and overall management of project including inspections and writing site visit reports after each inspection. Coordinating & implementing phases of projects from a concept to handover.

Preparation of client billing and subcontract billing. Responsible for planning of project activities and all resource planning i.e, material planning, manpower planning, machinery planning and monitoring regularly. Preparation of Control Estimate and Budget. Preparation of Revised construction schedules and accordingly coordinating with the site to follow up. Working out standard quantities of all items and preparation of BBS. Preparation of statement for claims and accordingly coordinating with the client to deal the issue as per the Contract. Preparation of periodic progress reports( DPR ) and monitoring. Preparation of Reconciliation of material, reconciliation of PRW billing. Handling the Planning Module and Execution Module in ERP both Sub-contractors work orders and Client Bills To coordinate with representatives of customer/client for processing of payments and providing necessary clarification on method of measurements/ interpretation of contract specification
