Job briefWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer. Youll be part of a EdTech industry. We develop and design digital courses and providing learning solution to our client.As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries.Responsibilities :Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutionsDesign client-side and server-side architectureBuild the front-end of applications through appealing visual designDevelop and manage well-functioning databases and applicationsWrite effective APIsTest software to ensure responsiveness and efficiencyTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade softwareCreate security and data protection settingsWrite technical documentationWork with data scientists and analysts to improve softwareRequirements and skills :Familiarity with common stacksKnowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsGreat attention to detailOrganizational skillsAn analytical mindDegree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

Work RequirementWork US overlap hours (ideally 11 PM IST to 9 PM IST)Job PurposeDevelop engaging learning content such as eLearning modules, quick guides, courseware using appropriate learning methodologies and adult learning principlesRoles and ResponsibilitiesConvert slides/storyboards or content from other formats to eLearning modules using tools like Articulate, Captivate, etc.Work with subject-matter-experts to identify requirementsDevelop storyboards to plan content flowAnalyze existing content format and provide best guidelines for transforming it as per requirements in terms of audio, video, animations, and other mediaUpdate content based on end-user feedbackPerform content review and test courses to ensure they meet quality requirementsWork ExperienceAt least 0-1 years of experience as a Learning Content Developer for US-based clientsRequired SkillsStrong English communicationBasic understanding of online learning content formats.Ability to work with subject-matter experts, media developers, writers, and LMS administrators to publish learning contentAbility to turnaround within tight timelines
