Interact with stakeholders in other functions like academics, finance, marketing, sales, operations, customer support etc.Skills and Requirements:1. 8+ years of experience ideal will be a combination of software development, product management and digital strategy with some experience in the EdTech/Publishing/Library/Knowledge Management sectors a definite plus2. At least 4+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS products in areas like user management, search, reporting, content management, partner integration, SSO and related areas3. Should be skilled in requirements gathering and solutions for clients4. Exposure to content-based products desirable5. Excellent project management, problem solving and analytical skills6. Strong business acumen and ability to understand consumer requirements7. Good understanding of UI/UX, working knowledge of tools such as Figma is preferred8.
