Duties and Responsibilities:-The Employee agrees to devote their full time and effort to the business of the Employer during the term of this Agreement. The Employee shall perform all duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to training sessions, curriculum development, and other related activities that support the goals of the Employer.a. Curriculum Development Create Training Content: Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and resources tailored to the domain. This includes creating presentations, manuals, case studies, exercises, and assessments. Align Training with Industry Standards: Ensure that the training content aligns with the latest industry trends, practices, certifications, and regulatory requirements. Customized Learning Paths: Develop specialized training programs based on the skill level, needs, and goals of the learners (beginner, intermediate, advanced).b. Training Delivery Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, whether in person or online, depending on the mode of instruction. Blend Different Learning Methods: Use a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, hands-on exercises, group discussions, role-playing, simulations, and real-world case studies. Facilitate Practical Learning: Provide opportunities for learners to engage in real-life scenarios or hands-on activities that reinforce theoretical knowledge. Monitor Learner Progress: Assess learner understanding regularly through quizzes, assignments, practical assessments, and feedback to track progress.c.
