We are committed to diversity, inclusion and work-life balance.Responsibilities:Organise and update financial records as needed (digital and physical)Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investmentsAnalyse transactions and prepare reportsOversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivableLiaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returnsMonitor bookkeeping activities regularlyEstablish accounting policies and proceduresStay informed on industry developments and changes in regulationsSkills and Requirements:Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant or Senior Accountant.Thorough knowledge of US accounting and financial procedures.Experience with accounting software, like FreshBooks and ZohoAdvanced MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)Excellent analytical skills with attention to detailBachelors degree specialisation in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certificationBenefits:At Inkle, we believe in investing in our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package to support their physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
