The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities:Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle.Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups with selected candidates.Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.Required Skills:6 years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic / US Staffing preferred).Strong understanding of IT technologies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle multiple open requirements simultaneously.
