We are seeking a motivated and skilled Human Resource Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in HR and hold a relevant masters degree, such as M.Com or MSW. This position is open exclusively to female candidates and requires full-time, in-office work.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Recruitment and Selection:** Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding procedures to ensure that new hires fit the company's culture and requirements.- **Employee Relations:** Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, facilitating a positive work environment and addressing concerns to foster employee satisfaction.- **Performance Management:** Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers to ensure evaluations are completed on time and identifying areas for employee development.- **Training and Development:** Help organize training sessions and workshops for employee skill enhancement, ensuring that staff stays updated with industry trends and necessary skills.- **HR Documentation:** Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files and documentation related to recruitment, leaves, and performance evaluations, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management. A good understanding of HR processes and a strong organizational ability are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is expected, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle confidential information with discretion is also important.

Installation, configuration and maintenance of Network Printers. Install and upgrade hardware and software components. Take care of all the internal office softwares support.
