The chosen candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, addressing products info, and getting leads/orders . We are looking for someone who can effectively grab from clients and uphold healthy work relations with them.

A tele caller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions. Tele callers discuss with potential customers to inform them of the companys offerings and services. They ensure the prospects are aware of the brand along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel. Additionally, they engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the companys merchandise or services, which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience. A tele caller may also carry out the following tasks:Interacting via direct callsModifying sales pitches in response to customer demandAcquiring and retaining contact information databasesPut forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumerEnsure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action.
