The main responsibility is to make invitation calls to couples and families for our upcoming travel events organized by the company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite approach, and the ability to engage customers positively over the phone. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound invitation calls to couples and families.Clearly explain the event details organized by Infinity Travel Club.Maintain a friendly, professional, and respectful tone throughout the call.Update customer responses and maintain call records accurately.Follow calling scripts and guidelines set by the company.Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth event participation. Requirements:Any qualification (12th pass/graduate).Good communication skills in English .Pleasant speaking voice and confident telephone manners.Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.Prior telecalling experience is an advantage but not mandatory. The role focuses on clear communication, and maintaining high invitation-to-attendance rates.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound invitation calls to customers from the company-provided database.Inform customers about upcoming travel events, presentations, or special sessions.Clearly explain event details such as date, venue, timing, and benefits.. Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone during all calls.Log call details, responses, and confirmations in google sheets.Follow up with customers who need reminders or additional information.Achieve weekly invitation & confirmation targets.Coordinate with the event team or sales team to ensure smooth attendance management.Required SkillsExcellent communication skills.Clear and confident phone etiquette.Ability to engage customers and generate interest politely..Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.Preferred QualificationsExperience in telecalling, customer service, (optional but preferred).Understand and speak good english.BenefitsFixed salary + incentivesFriendly and supportive work environmentTraining provided
