We are looking for a motivated and friendly female Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience who have completed at least the 10th grade.As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers over the phone. You will be making outbound calls to promote our products and services, answer customer inquiries, and assist with any issues they may have. You will engage with potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.Key responsibilities include:- **Making Outbound Calls:** Regularly call prospective and existing customers to share information and offer our services, aiming to generate interest and sales.- **Handling Customer Inquiries:** Respond to questions from customers clearly and professionally, ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.- **Maintaining Records:** Keep accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and any follow-up actions needed to ensure organized communication.- **Collaborating with Team Members:** Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and feedback gathered from customer interactions.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should be comfortable using a computer for data entry and reporting. A strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential for growth in this role.
