Fire Fighting Project Engineer:*Duties and responsibilities:**1. Co-ordination & documentation controller.*[ ] Prepare/answer, update & circulate MOM with presentation for the Monthly - project review meeting to management/client.[ ] Prepare/update & submit project documents (vendor product datasheets & QAP, vendor approval, BOQ query) for client approval. [ ] Prepare & update the tracking documents. (e.g., VDL/DCI, billing status, inventory, WBS & S-curve).[ ] Schedule inspection for the purchase item & arrange the TPI accordingly. *2. Purchase & planning*[ ] Determine the project requirement and identify the source of supply.[ ] Manage suppliers to meet objectives (cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality).[ ] Releasing the Purchase Order & providing the invoice to finance department for payments or plan for future payments.[ ] Arrange the Transportation & deliver the material at site.*3. Drawing & Designing*[ ] Preparation of isometric, as built drawing in AutoCAD. *4. Estimation & tendering*[ ] Preparing preliminary cost estimates of projects that are in conceptual stage. Help senior engineers in preparing rate analysis of different work packages.[ ] Prepare Techno-commercial offer & costing sheet for client submission[ ] Preparation of measurement sheets, BOQ and RA bills. *Educational Qualifications: *B.E.
