Job Profile:
* Responsible for handling International E-learners for basic level of queries related to online courses through Calls,Chats & E-Mail. (Blended Process)
* NON- Technical Profile
* Salary - 18K-25K CTC + 4-7 K Incentives Per Month + Meals.
* Responsible for dealing with International Clients over calls, mails & chats.
*Experience- 1 to 2 years.

Key Requirements:
* Minimum Qualification: Graduation
* Must have excellent spoken & written communication skills in English.
* Good Analytical Skills
* Comfortable to work UK shifts- 2.00 pm to 11.30 pm
* Experience with the Blended will be an added advantage.
* Can manage own travel.
