Key ResponsibilitiesMarket and place bench consultants across a variety of technologies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Source daily requirements from job portals and networks.Submit consultants to suitable roles with high submission quality.Coordinate interviews, feedback and onboarding.Track daily submissions and maintain consultant pipeline.Work closely with the US team on priorities and updates.Required Skills & KnowledgeGood communication skills (written and verbal).Basic understanding of US hiring terms like W2, C2C, 1099.Basic Understanding of different type of Job Portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster etc.Quick learner with interest in US staffing.Ability to manage tasks with deadlines.Basic computer knowledge.
