Job description: Marketing Manager-Real Estate Lead Generation: engage in lead generation techniques to identify vital/Potential properties for sales and also attract potential buyers and renters, utilizing online platforms, networking, and partnerships for identified properties and more specifically Residential and Commercial land.Strategic Marketing Planning: develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to reach the target audience effectively .Online and Offline Marketing: execute both online and offline marketing activities, including social media campaigns, email marketing, print ads.Market Research: conduct thorough market research in select cities (Chennai/Mumbai/Calcutta/Bangalore) and TN in general to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies and also identify potential properties for sale.Media and Advertising: cooperatively work with media professionals, advertising agencies, and vendors to ensure optimal exposure for Indus properties.
