Started last mile/first mile operations in 2021 and already boasts of prominent clients like Flipkart, Shadow fax, Udaan.com.Our fleet consists of Mahindra 3-wheeler electric vans (Treo) and Hero Electric Scooters. Our crew members include driver-cum-delivery partners and drivers who are associated with us as partners with a fixed base income. We have our own parking-cum-charging facility within proximity of each hub. SC/ST/OBC model: The Company has signed MoU with West Bengal SC/ST & OBC Development & Finance Corporation (Govt. of W.B. undertaking) to source prospective SC/ST/OBC candidates from W.B. The candidates to avail a loan from WB SC/ST & OBC Dev. & Fin Corp to buy a 3-wheeler electric van from Mahindra & Mahindra at a subsidized rate which is repayable to the institution in 5 years. Soon after the loan gets sanctioned, the company (Ampersand Group, through its entity IIIML) enters into an agreement with the loan beneficiary to absorb them as Delivery partners for a period of 5 years. During this period the company pays handsomely to the beneficiary in a way that covers their monthly EMI and also creates an opportunity to earn their livelihood. Should be able to independently plan mobilization strategy to identify and attract prospective SC/ST/OBC candidates from semi-urban or rural areas of W.B. Use multiple channels for mobilization of resources both government and non-government. Build strong relations with the local municipalities, corporations, gram panchayats, notifies areas, SC/ST offices for brand/concept building and selling Organize camps at strategic places to attract prospective candidates Introducing the govt. schemes to the target audience vividly through public speaking/gathering Sharing the income opportunities of the beneficiaries in a transparent manner Collecting requisite documents/papers from the candidates for loan applications Coaching and counselling candidates candidates in a way for conversion of leads

Qualification: Class X Age : 18 to 40 years Possess 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license Possess Android Phone Experience Minimum 2 years in delivery of e-commerce items No criminal Record Duty in shifts Candidates who understands and reads Basic English shall be preferred.We are looking for a Delivery Partner to deliver E-commerce items of our clients whose hubs/warehouses are located at Baltikuri (Howrah). The delivery is to be made in and around Howrah city . The company shall provide Electric Vans (Battery operated), 3-wheelers (Mahindra make),the delivery person is expected to collect consignments from our client hub located at Baltikuti (Howrah) and deliver at nearby places with specific pin codes (mostly in and around Howrah city). After safe and timely delivery of consignments you shall report back at the hub. Free parking and charging station is located close to the hub and arranged by our company. Salary shall be Rs. 13,000/- to Rs.15,000/- per month.
