Job Description: The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales team and drive revenue growth for organization. They will be primarily responsible for revenue generation, developing & implementing various sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and exceed sales goals. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Attend F2F meeting at client office or Residence. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
