We are a Skill Development Training Organization working all over India to improve the livelihood standards of youth in India. We are implementing a new scheme SAKSHAM Programme with Plan International - Mumbai under Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Sector Skill Council for providing Skill / Entrepreneurship training in Banking sector for Wage / Self Employment in Thane locations in Maharashtra with the vision to provide better livelihood opportunities to each and everyone of them. Other than this, we are already engaged in various skilling activities for the youth in India with the support of Government Skill Departments and Sector Skill Councils since 2016.For the successful implementation of the projects, we are inviting applications from qualified and experienced Mobilizer in Thane, Mumbai location for mobilize unemployed 200 youth for Training and placement in the banking & finance sector.

Coordinate on placement activities of our skilled candidates.Find out new opportunities from industries / companies and maintain good relation with existing employers.Give proper orientation to candidates for interviews and to maximize the placements. Conduct career guidance sessions for students on regular basis by inviting corporate personalities for guest lectures.Sector specific Placement of the candidates.Approach employers for the placement Tie-Ups through phone, email, direct visit, etc. Conduct Campus Placements in all the centers of the Organization by coordinating with employers.Coordinate with other stake holders including Govt officials in the state / districts for successful implementation of placement strategies and to ensure 100 percent placement to skilled candidates. Maintaining healthy corporate relations and developing placement network all over India.
