The candidate is required to have knowledge of control system design, servo/motion controllers and related components like industrial drives, encoders, motors, PLCs, implementation, and programming. Must be familiar with Unix/Linux and windows platforms, along with software development tools like C/C++, Python, QT, Labview, Matlab etc. Preference will be given to candidate familiar in design and implementation of Motion Control Systems. Hand on experience with motion control hardware and control systems.

Exposure to general-purpose laboratory instruments and hardware (Optics and Electronics), computers (Linux and Windows) and familiarity with programming languages (C/C++, Python).
